12A. Electronic copy of memorandum of survey, survey
report or plan
Every land surveyor shall provide to his client, in
addition to a copy of the memorandum of survey, survey
report or plan, as the case may be, an electronic copy thereof.
(c) in section 19 (1), by adding the following new paragraph,
the comma at the end of paragraph (f) being deleted and
replaced by the words “; or” and the word “or” at the end of
paragraph (e) being deleted –
(g) being a land surveyor, fails, without
reasonable excuse, to provide to his client
an electronic copy of the memorandum of
survey, survey report or plan, as the case
may be,
