8. Survey by land surveyors
Every land surveyor who surveys a plot of land shall, in such form and
manner as may be prescribed, draw up and make—
(a) in the case of a survey under section 9, a memorandum of
survey; and
(b) in the case of a survey under section 11, a survey report,
to which shall be annexed a plan of the plot.
