15. Insolvency and winding up Part VII of the Insurance Act and any other relevant Acts relating to insolvency and winding up shall apply to the insolvency and winding up of a captive insurance business insofar as these provisions are applicable. PART V – SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENCE
