11. Entry on land
(1) The Board may cause entry to be made by or through its officers,
servants or agents on any land for the purpose of making plans and surveys
of the land.
(2) At least 7 days’ notice shall be given to the owners and occupiers of
any land to be entered under subsection (1) and compensation shall be paid
for any damage done by officers or servants of the Board while on the land.
