Where in furtherance of article 2088 of the Code Civil Mauricien, a debenture or debenture stock is, in default of payment of the debt which it

guarantees, sold by public auction, the transfer may, notwithstanding section 15, be signed on behalf of the transferor by the sworn broker or sworn
auctioneer having effected the sale.
