9. Execution of documents
(1) All deeds, instruments, contracts and other documents shall be
deemed to be duly executed by or on behalf of the Board if signed by the
Chairperson or any other person nominated for that purpose by the Board.
(2) A cheque upon any banking account kept by the Board shall be
signed by any 2 of the Chairperson, the General Manager, a member
nominated for that purpose by the Board, the Secretary or the Accountant.
