11. Meetings of Board
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board.
(2) In the absence of the Chairperson at any meeting of the Board, the
members present shall elect from among themselves a member to preside
over that meeting and the member so elected shall, in relation to that meeting, exercise the functions and have all the powers of the Chairperson.
(3) The Board shall meet at least once a month and shall be convened by
the Chairperson at such time and place as the Chairperson may appoint.
(4) Five members of the Board shall constitute a quorum.

(5) All acts, matters or things authorised or required to be done by the
Board shall be decided by a simple majority of the votes of members present
and voting at that meeting.
(6) At any meeting of the Board, each member shall have one vote on
the matter in question and, in the event of an equality of votes, the person
presiding at that meeting shall have a casting vote.
(7) Subject to this Act, the Board shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such manner as it thinks fit.
