13. Execution of documents (1) No deed, instrument, contract or other document shall be executed by or on behalf of the Authority unless the approval of the Minister to the execution thereof has first been obtained. (2) Subject to subsection (1), all deeds, instruments, contracts and other documents shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Authority if signed by the Chairperson and the General Manager. (3) Any cheque upon any banking account kept by the Board shall be signed by any 2 of the following persons— (a) the Chairperson; (b) the General Manager; (c) such other officer as may be appointed for the purpose by the Board.
