22A. Capital of Authority
(1) The initial capital of the Authority shall be 122,993,064 rupees
and 10 cents, being the net value of the assets vested in the Authority under
section 33 as at 9 July 1973.
(2) The initial capital of the Authority—
(a) shall be increased by the value of any additional assets vested in
the Authority under section 33;
(b) may be increased by such amount as may be determined by the
Board with the approval of the Minister of Finance.
