8. Disqualification
(1) Any person who—
(a) is a member of the Assembly; or
(b) is employed by, or holds any interest in, any undertaking with
which the Board has any contract,
shall not be qualified to be a member.
(2) A member shall be removed from office on being disqualified from
holding office under subsection (1).
