15. Annual report
(1) The Committee shall, not more than 4 months after the end of a financial year, submit to the Minister an annual report together with an audited statement of accounts on the operations of CELPAC in respect of that
financial year.
(2) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay a copy
of the annual report and audited accounts of CELPAC before the National
Assembly.
