8. Regulations
(1) The Attorney-General may make such regulations as he thinks fit for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for—
(a) the levying of fees and charges;
(b) the amendment of the Schedules, including the amendment of
the Third Schedule, where the Director of Public Prosecutions
has delegated his powers under section 3 (1).
