4. Fees payable to analysts
Where an analyst—
(a) who is not the Government Chemist is employed by Government; or
(b) is employed by the Municipal Council of Port Louis, by any other
body corporate, or by a private party,
the analyst shall be entitled to the fees specified in the Schedule.
