3. Application of Act
This Act shall apply—
(a) to the land and air space of all the islands comprised in the State
of Mauritius;
(b) to the territorial sea and the air space above the territorial sea of
Mauritius; and
(c) to every aircraft and air transport service registered in Mauritius.
