34. Surviving spouse’s pension
(1) A surviving spouse’s pension granted under section 27 shall cease on
the surviving spouse’s death or civil remarriage.

(2) Where the Board is satisfied that the remarriage has come to an end,
it may, if it thinks fit, restore the pension.
