5. Composition of Board
(1) The Board shall consist of a Chairperson, a Vice-chairperson and 7
other members of whom 2 shall be trade union representatives and not more
than 2 shall be associates, appointed every 3 years by the Minister.
(2) The members of the Board shall hold office until 30 June of the third
year from the year of appointment but shall be eligible for reappointment.
