41. Death in institutions and similar places
(1) Where a death occurs in a prison, police station, institution, orphanage or asylum, quarantine area or station or similar place, the person in
charge of that place shall cause the death to be registered within 24 hours.
(2) Every person in charge of any such place shall keep a register in a
form to be determined by the Registrar of Civil Status in which each death
shall be recorded.
