59. Registrar of Civil Status to rectify entries
Where a notice authorising a change of name has been published under
section 58 (1), the Registrar of Civil Status shall inscribe in the margin of the
entry of birth of the applicant in the appropriate register and of any other
entry concerning the application in any other register, the change authorised
by the notice.
