24. Progress and completion of clinical trial reports
Every sponsor shall furnish to the Council a written report on the progress
of a clinical trial, containing such particulars as the Council deems necessary,
not later than 6 months after—
(a) the date on which the trial licence is issued;
(b) the end of every subsequent period of 6 months; and
(c) the completion of the clinical trial.
