26. Verification of compliance
A member or an officer of the Council, or a member of the Pharmacovigilance Committee, may, at all reasonable times, enter and inspect a site so as
to enquire about the conduct of a clinical trial and shall, at the conclusion of
his inspection, submit a written report to the Council or the Pharmacovigilance Committee, as the case may be, and provide a copy of the report to
the investigator and the sponsor.
