Section 105: Functions and powers of College

105. Functions and powers of College (1) The College shall have such functions as may be necessary to further its objects most effectively and shall— (a) organise and conduct co-operative management and information technology courses; (b) organise and conduct examinations and award certificates on its own or in collaboration with other educational institutions; (c) establish links with foreign training institutes and organisations; and (d) provide consultancy and advisory services in the field of cooperatives. (2) The College may, in the discharge of its functions— (a) employ resource persons; (b) use resource persons from universities and other institutions; (c) enter into agreements or other relationships with other institutions, at national and international levels; (d) specify the conditions under which trainees may be admitted to the College and the disciplinary provisions to which such trainees shall be subject; and (e) levy such fees as it may determine.
