107. Director of College
(1) There shall be a Director of the College who shall be the chief
executive officer of the College and shall be responsible to the Council for
the day to day management of the College.
(2) The Director shall be appointed by the Council with the approval of
the Minister and shall hold office on such terms and conditions as it may
determine.
(3) The Director shall, in the exercise of his functions, act in accordance
with such directions as he may receive from the Council.
