126. Regulations
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the
purposes of this Act.
(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) may provide—
(a) for the amendment of the Schedules;
(b) for the levying and payment of fees and charges;
(c) for any activity being carried out by a society or any class of
societies;
(d) for the setting up of any advisory committee and the
composition of the committee;
(e) that any person who contravenes them shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding
100,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3
years.
