14. Application for registration
(1) An application for the registration of a society shall be made to the
Registrar in such form and manner as he may determine and shall be
accompanied by—
(a) 3 copies of the draft rules of the proposed society;
(b) the application fee specified in the Third Schedule.
(2) The receipt issued to the applicant on payment of the application fee
shall be an acknowledgement specifying the date on which the application
was received.
