17. Certificate of registration
(1) Where the Registrar grants an application, he shall issue a certificate
of registration in such form as he may determine.
(2) The certificate shall state—
(a) that the society is registered;

(b) the date of registration of the society; and
(c) whether the society is a primary, secondary or tertiary society.
