30. Privilege on bankruptcy of members
Notwithstanding any other enactment but subject to section 29 (6),
where a member is adjudged bankrupt, the claim of a society in respect of
any amount due to it by the member shall be a privileged claim and shall rank
immediately after any claim by a landlord in respect of rent or an employee in
respect of wages.
