59. Contracting out management of society
(1) A society may contract out the management of its business on such
terms and conditions as it may determine to a management organisation
where a resolution to that effect is passed at a general meeting of the
society.
(2) The Registrar shall be informed of the resolution and a copy of the
contract shall, within 7 days of the resolution, be submitted to the Registrar.
