79. Costs of inquiry
(1) The expenses incurred by an inspector in relation to an inquiry,
including the costs of any proceedings brought by the Registrar in the name
of the society, shall—
(a) be paid by the society; or
(b) where the Registrar so directs, be paid by the applicant.
(2) Where a society fails to pay any sum which it is liable to pay under
subsection (1), the sum due may be paid out of the Fund.
