81. Appointment of arbitrator
For the purpose of this Part, the Registrar may, subject to the approval of
the supervising officer and depending on the complexity of the case, appoint
as an arbitrator—
(a) an auditor;
(b) a person who has held the office of Registrar;
(c) a person who holds or has held the office of Co-operative Officer
and has not less than 8 years’ service in the grade;
(d) a person who holds or has held the office of Co-operative
Auditor; or
(e) a person who has knowledge of, and wide experience in, the
subject matter of the dispute.
