89. Joint venture (1) A society may, at a Special General Meeting, resolve to enter into a joint venture with another business organisation registered in Mauritius or any other country. [Issue 9] C49 – 46 Revised Laws of Mauritius (2) Every society that enters into a joint venture shall specify, in the joint venture agreement, the sharing of the profit or loss, contribution of return on capital, delegation of authority and responsibility for operations and other decisions relating to the business. (3) Every society that enters into a joint venture shall, for the purpose of the joint venture agreement, maintain its separate entity.
