11B. Non-punishment of victims of trafficking in persons
Any person, in relation to whom there is evidence, or who
provides evidence, that he is a victim of trafficking, shall, with the
consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions, not be prosecuted for
an offence under this Act or under any other enactment.
