17. Payment of compensation Where a person is ordered to pay compensation, the Court may in its discretion enforce the payment of compensation— (a) by allowing the person to pay compensation on such conditions and in such instalments at the intervals it deems fit; (b) where the amount expected to be recovered will be sufficient to cover, in addition to the amount of compensation, the costs and expenses involved, by attachment and sale of any property belonging to the person.
