19. Compensation to State The Court may— (a) in addition to any sentence imposed in respect of an offence under section 11 and to any order for compensation to a victim made under section 16; and (b) on application made on behalf of the State, make an order for payment to the State of an amount in compensation for expenses incurred, or reasonably expected to be incurred, in connection with the care, accommodation, transportation and repatriation of the victim of the offence.
