10. Power to summon and examine witnesses
(1) Commissioners acting under this Act may summon witnesses, and
call for the production of books, plans and documents, and examine witnesses on oath.
(2) (a) All summonses for the attendance of witnesses or the production
of documents may be in the form specified in the Second Schedule and may
be signed by a Commissioner or by the Secretary.
(b) Oaths, affirmations or declarations, as the case may be, may be
administered by a Commissioner or by the Secretary.
