2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Commonwealth Secretariat” means the Commonwealth Secretariat
established at the Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Meeting of June
1965;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
external affairs is assigned.
