2. Compagnie de Jésus
(1) The society existing in Mauritius under the name of La Compagnie de
Jésus, hereinafter referred to as “the Compagnie”, shall be a body corporate.
(2) Service of process by or on the President of the Compagnie or Secretary shall be equivalent to service by or on the Compagnie.
