116. Special meeting of shareholders
A special meeting of shareholders entitled to vote on an issue—
(a) may be called at any time by—
(i) the Board of directors; or

Companies Act
(ii) a person who is authorised by the constitution to call the
meeting;
(b) shall be called by the Board on the written request of shareholders holding shares carrying together not less than 5 per cent of
the voting rights entitled to be exercised on the issue.
