188. Change of registered office
(1) Subject to the company’s constitution and to subsection (3), the
Board of a company may, at any time, change the registered office of the
company.
(2) Notice, in a form approved by the Registrar, of the change shall be
filed with the Registrar for registration.
(3) The change of the registered office shall take effect on a date stated
in the notice not being a date that is earlier than 7 days after the notice is
registered.
