20. Power of Registrar to reconstitute file
(1) Where the constitution or any other document relating to a company
which has been filed with the Registrar has been lost or destroyed, the

Registrar may require the company to submit certified copies of the document within such time as the Registrar may decide.
(2) The copy shall, on being registered by the Registrar, have the same
force and effect as the original.
