225. Public inspection of company records
(1) A company shall keep the records specified in subsection (2) and
make them available for inspection in the manner specified in section 227 by
a person who serves written notice on the company of his intention to inspect the records.
(2) The records to be kept under subsection (1) shall be—
(a) the certificate of incorporation or registration of the company;
(b) the constitution of the company, if it has one;
(c) the share register;
(d) the full names and residential addresses of the directors;
(e) the registered office and address for service of the company; and
(f) copies of the instruments creating or evidencing charges which
are required to be registered under section 127.
