234. Investigation at company’s request
(1) A company other than a declared company may, by ordinary resolution, appoint an inspector to investigate its affairs.
(2) On the conclusion of the investigation, the inspector shall report his
opinion in such manner and to such persons as the company in meeting of
shareholders directs.
