24. Incorporation
Where the Registrar is satisfied that the application for incorporation of a
company complies with this Act, the Registrar shall, upon payment of the
prescribed fee—
(a) enter the particulars of the company on the register;
(b) assign a unique number to the company as its company
number; and
(c) issue—
(i) a certificate of incorporation electronically; or
(ii) upon request and on payment of the appropriate fee, a
signed copy of the certificate of incorporation.
