284. Service of notices
Any document required to be served on a foreign company shall be
deemed to have been served—
(a) if addressed to the foreign company and left at or sent by post
to its registered office in Mauritius;
(b) if addressed to an authorised agent and left at or sent by post to
his registered address; or
(c) in the case of a foreign company which has ceased to maintain a
place of business in Mauritius, if addressed to the foreign company and left at or sent by post to its registered office in the
place of its incorporation.
