292. Definition of “transfer”
In this Part, “transfer”, in relation to any shares, means the transfer, sale,
assignment, mortgage, creation or permission to subsist of any pledge, lien,
charge or encumbrance over, grant of any option, interest or other rights in,
or other disposition of any such shares, any part thereof or any interest
therein, whether by agreement, operation of law or otherwise.
