Section 304: Company to give public notice

304. Company to give public notice A company shall not apply to be removed from the register of companies under section 302 unless— (a) the company gives public notice— (i) stating that it intends, after the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than 28 days after the date of the notice, to apply under section 302 for the company to be removed from the register for the purposes of becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; (ii) specifying the country or part of the country under the law of which it is proposed that the company shall be incorporated; and (b) the application is made after that date.
