318. Liquidation of company removed from register
(1) Notwithstanding the fact that a company has been removed from the
register of companies, the Court may appoint a liquidator under section 223
of the Companies Act 1984 as if the company continued in existence.
(2) Where a liquidator is appointed under subsection (1)—
(a) Part XI of the Companies Act 1984 shall apply to the liquidation
with such modifications as may be necessary; and
(b) section 322 shall apply, with such modifications as may be necessary, to any property of the company which is vested under
section 315 as if the company had been restored to the register
of companies.
