343. Provisions of Act not applicable to company holding Global Business Licence or Authorised Company (1) The sections of this Act— (a) specified in Part I of the Thirteenth Schedule shall not apply to a company holding a Global Business Licence or an Authorised Company, as the case may be; (b) specified in Part II of the Thirteenth Schedule shall not apply to an Authorised Company. (2) Section 198 (2) (c) shall not apply to a company holding a Global Business Licence. (3) Sections 193 to 196 shall not apply to an Authorised Company.
