345. Special provisions applicable to company applying for Global Business Licence or authorisation or hold a Global Business Licence or an Authorised Company (1) Notwithstanding this Act, Part I of the Fourteenth Schedule shall apply to a company applying for or holding a Global Business Licence, or company applying as an Authorised Company or an Authorised Company.
