346A. Certificate of Transfer of Undertaking
Where an authorisation for a transfer of undertaking is granted under section 32A of the Banking Act, the Registrar shall, for the purposes of that
section, issue a Certificate of Transfer of Undertaking in such form as may
be approved and published in the Gazette.
