352. Translations of instruments
(1) Where, under this Act, a corporation is required to file with the Registrar any instrument, certificate, contract, statement or document or a certified copy thereof and if same is not written in the English or French language
the corporation shall file at the same time with the Registrar a certified
translation in the English or French language.
(2) Where, under this Act, a corporation is required to make available
for public inspection any instrument, certificate, contract, statement or

document and same is not written in the English or French Language, the
corporation shall keep at its registered office in Mauritius a certified translation in the English or French language.
(3) Where any account, minute book or other record of a corporation required by this Act to be kept is not kept in the English or French language,
the directors shall cause—
(a) a true translation in the English or French language of such
account, minute book or record to be made at intervals of not
more than 7 days; and
(b) the translation to be kept with the original account, minute book
or record for as long as the original account, minute book or record is required by this Act to be kept.
